INTRODUCTION

One of the aims of the MEN is to have a bilingual education based on the development of the abilities and competences in order to interact with others through the world and to have the possibility to know other people and cultures.

In our context, we have to work with people of the countryside, most of them don’t have the economic resources to buy the useful material for this purpose, because their parents are employers and most of them are illiterate. Moreover, some of our students have many problems to use the native language so learning other language is very difficult for them; due to their culture and idiosyncrasy they are shy and afraid to make mistakes so they prefer not to talk, however as a teachers, we try to encourage them to speak and write no matter how small.

In spite of the difficulties of our students, we can say that the results obtained in last three years have been improved .

* They are improving their knowledges because of the program, which includes up to date contents, additional grammar practice ,  more opportunities to develop speaking and listening skills, reading comprehension practice.
* Nowadays, they are more conscientious about the importance to speak a second language, specially English, as a major language of international communication and it’s not limited to any one country, region or culture. For this reason, they are changing their attitude in the practice and learning English.
* The developed work is not only focus in the National Examinations (SABER EXAMS) but in the motivation for the understanding, communication and for professional purposes.
